Buyer beware. Poor quality. Every room has bunched carpet. Not stretched and installed properly. This development is built at the highest elevation in Shakopee and I've never seen so much high winds or flies in my life. I'll finish the review and post pictures this weekend when I have time. The process went very smoothly and everyone was responsive and very friendly. Loving my new home!
Buyers beware. If you purchase a home that doesn’t have sod laid down: you are in for a nightmare. DR corporate gives zero notice of when sod will actually be laid down. You won’t know till the day of. I think this is ridiculous communication. People do have lives and in order for the sod to be laid down, the landscaping people need access to your garage. I think DR needs to rethink how they go about this entire process and provide better communication (at least a couple days notice). The landscaping company they use is call... read more
