Love Dr. Tully. She is knowledgeable, caring, answers all questions and knows her patients.
The office requested I come back in for follow up due to caregiver error and then billed me for the visit. Had the visit been required due to illness or my error, I would've gladly paid. The office was not apologetic or helpful in resolving the issue; in fact did not even follow up as promised and required me to pay over $100 for a 3-minute visit due to their inability to properly draw blood.
I constantly was seen for vaginal irritation, Dr Tully insists that everything looks fine and says all test from STDs- Bv is negative. I myself can look down there and see every skin discoloration and openings along with abnormal discharge. I was seen at the main campus two days after seeing her and was told I had BV which has been the issue for the last 7 times in counting that I was being seen by Dr. Tully. She is in fact nice but never solves the problems that I see her for.
Dr. Tully has been consistently caring and thorough in my care. I see her for both general medical and dermatology issues. She listens well and is responsive to questions and concerns.
Dr. Tully was great! She listened and was empathetic. Took care of my problem quickly and with gentleness. I'm a happy patient!
Was overcharged several times by this office. Had to call and have bills rectified due to coding errors in their department, which took six months. Amber Tully is a mediocre physician. She will spend adequate time with you and you will be overcharged for it. She does not listen well and takes opinionated notes (read on MyChart). The medical assistant who has greeted me on every visit to the office was consistently very impolite on every occasion. I would not recommend this office to anyone
Dr Tully really makes you feel like she cares about you. She remembers all the details of your history and treats the whole person not just the issue at hand. I feel blessed to have found a great physician!
