Warning about laster treatments – I had a full face laster removal treatment today. I too used a Groupon coupon. Vivianne was very nice but i felt kind of rushed. They first give you a 5 page pamphlet to sign and initial about the negative side effects, but they never go through them with you. When on the table she put some goggles on me and said laser can hurt the eyes and goggles are needed. Ok, no problem. But it is now seven hours later and my right eye is blotch red. Disappointed – I had purchased the laser treatment special on living social then I spoke with some friends and realized that it's going to take more than 6 sessions to get rid of the hair so I decided to get something else instead. Dishonest Business – Bought a laser hair removal package through LivingSocial (they had the same one about 2 weeks later on Groupon too). When in for my appointment and I was presented with a spread sheet of all the additional fees I was to pay, which increased the cost of what I had already purchased by almost another 50%. Since this was not advertised and is not allowed by LivingSocial, I was able to contact them for a refund. Definitly worthwhile! – I am so glad that I went! I have broken capillaries and age spots so I thought the photo rejuvenation was right for me and Vivianna agreed. She did a wonderful job and was delightful! My face felt wonderful and I couldn't stop touching it. I had a coupon and she treated me like I was a good friend. Liesureliving coupon for laser hair removal SCAM – This Spa must have recently been bought out. I went there with my mother for a spa day and had a nice time about 1.5 years ago. When I went in to use my laser hair removal voucher from liesure living the very unprofessional woman at the front desk gave me a book of paperwork to fill out and then took me to have the procedure. Best In the city!! – Living in florida all my life I acquired a lot of sun damage. I also had broken capillaries. I felt ashamed and thought everyone noticed it on my nose. Very Disappointed! – I had to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency and they charged me a $25 rescheduling fee. I explained the family emergency and they still refused to waive the charge. I can understand charging a cancellation fee, but if you reschedule, you are still getting that persons business. I thus cancelled my appointment and refuse to give them my service.
Fantastic Day Spa! – I had a fantastic experience at Amber Skin! I spent the entire day there! I got a facial, massage, manicure, and pedicure,the entire staff were great. Thank you Viviana, Kristina, and Loida! Will definitely be back soon! I highly recommend everyone stopping by to check these ladies out!
Amber Skin Spa – WOW !!!! I went in this morning not knowing which treatment I wanted & I saw a poster advertising the Collagene facial. It was the best facial I've ever had !! My skin feels amazing!! And I can even see that some of my little wrinkle that were around my eye area lightened up so much I can barely see them !! I am so satisfied and can't even explain how overly happy I am !! Now I feel confident to get ready for my date tonight !!! Thanks Vivianna .. you were fabulous !!
