Great facial! My esthetician, Kris was magnificent! She had the perfect touch. Not only does she know her product, she educated me about my skin and what was best for my complexion!! Believe me, she is worth it! If you've had a facial, you know that the extraction part is the worst, but she was gentle and did an amazing job at making me feel as comfortable as possible. I always get my nails done at Amber Skin simply because it is a beautiful spa, and the service is great. Every time, I have gotten wonderful manicurists and pedicurists who know their job and do it well. The experience is a great one, and I love how they offer wine to make the experience more enjoyable.

I purchased a Groupon for Amber Skin for laser hair removal and it has expired but they still honored it for me. When I made my appointment they explained all extra charges in detail so that there was no shock when I went to check out which was much appreciated and very understandable as to why they add additional fees. Yes, it would have been nice for the additional fees to be stated on the Groupon but it looks as if the spa has or is making the effort in trying to be upfront with clients as they book. After going to many different spas in the Orlando area and not being very pleased with the service I decided to go to Amber even after reading all the negative reviews and thought I would give them a chance. I called to book a mani and pedi and the girl over the phone was so sweet and accommodating. I arrived for my appointment and they already had my pedicure ready to go. Everyone is so friendly and it is a place that I will visit frequently.

I have been going to Amber Skin since 2007 and they have never let me down. I go to the owner, Viviana, for my facials about 6-8 times a year and she is an absolute miracle worker. She really takes pride in her work and recommends only the best products to use in between treatments. She is helping me to preserve my skin and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend everyone to see her.

I've tried a few spas in and around Orlando, but this was by far the best massage and facial I've had. I received a gift certificate for Christmas from my brother who lives out of town so he did a lot of research to figure out where to send me. He did a good job! I was very politely greeted and filled out the necessary forms. My wait was not long and the ambiance in the waiting area was nice. Hidden gem. By far the best! I always ask for Christin because she gives the best pedicures and has such attention to detail. All the girls there make you feel so welcome and treat you as if you are family. Amber Skin offers a wide variety of services and has become my one stop shop for all my beauty needs. We bought a Groupon for Laser Hair Removal and scheduled the appointment. On first visit they demanded $40 Doctor fee (although they do not have a doctor on the facility) and gratuity. so overall we paid $45 on our first visit. On second visit, we were late by 4-5 minutes but they refused to offer us service. I bought laser hair removal service on Groupon and was told afterward the service that there would be a salon fee of 32.00 every time I came. They justify it because they say it covers salon fees and gratuities. I had one treatment and will not go back.
