Candy at front desk was very sweet. Derrick was amazing. Dr Randall was extremely reasurring, kind and very informative.
We arrived an hour early for our appointment having traveled over 150 miles. We were seen as early as possible. Dr. Randall explained all the issues surrounding my upcoming knee surgery. She was patient and repeatedly asked if we had any questions or concerns. Information was freely given and extremely helpful.
Excellent communication skills. Answered all my questions.
Was efficient, thorough and caring. I had confidence in her skill. She did R and L knee replacements on me spaced 3 months apart.
Saw Dr. Randall in 4/2022. She left Flag Bone and Joint. Would really like to have her do my right total knee replacement. Where can I find her?
She was my surgeon for a total knee replacement. She is excellent.
She made my hip feel like a 16 year old hip again.
Where is she now? No longer at Flag Bone and Joint
She noticed bruising. That i hadn’t seen. Was only doc that verbally and visually reacted appropriately. To me explaining why i was paranoid about opioid constipation. Which i appreciated so much. I knew she got it.
