Dr. Randall saw me on my 6 week post op. All is good but some pain. She offered a cortisone shot to help with healing. She was very thorough with the shot. She answered all questions I asked making very happy about my recovery. She took her time. I like her very much

I was called twice to come in and see Dr. Randall. I was surprised and taken aback at how angry, unprofessional and humiliating she was. This is the only the second time I met her in nine months. She was very derogatory. We called off the surgery. In looking at my notes afterward, she did not correctly chart the visit. She was very unprofessional. Her staff is unfriendly. I will not return to Flagstaff Bone & Joint because of this doctor.

This doctor comes very highly recommended and I found her personable and open to answering my questions. She is on the go and doesn't linger but her skills are amazing and her choice of hospital is wonderful. Staff are all happy and fun. Actually have no concerns about my next one now.

Dr. Randall treated me for total hip replacement. My hip required removal of pins in the hip from an accident 40 years ago. Dr Randall did the 1st surgery to remove the old pins and 8 weeks later put in the new hip. Both surgeries were a great experience with Dr Randall, her staff and Oasis Hospital. 4 months after the last surgery I feel 100% not bad for a 62 year old guy. I highly recommend Dr Randall. Outstanding surgeon.

Dr. Randall is highly efficient, capable, and I would and have recommended her to many people. She is on top of everything promptly and is highly skilled and a great Dr. My husband and I both go to her. We are in and out with everything taken care of there, in one appointment, without having to make several appointments in other areas such as x-ray, treatment and fittings. We drive a 5 hour round trip just to see Dr. Randall.

I would highly recommend Dr. Randall. My hip replacement went very well. She is an excellent surgeon and we are lucky to have her in our area. Her staff were very kind and welcoming and her office runs very efficiently...especially for a large and very busy practice. She came highly recommended from many friends and folks are happy to travel a little to receive such excellent care. I wanted to leave a positive review so others can see this along side the persons who are complaining.

Dr Randall hung up the phone on me when discussing with her the amount of pain I was in just after having bone surgery. She has NO compassion for someone in pain and should be ashamed of her actions.

Business response:

Thank you for your comment. As you recall, I spent 45 minutes with you on the phone on a Saturday discussing your pain. You were not even my own patient! I had never met you before. You had seen one of my partners for surgery. I offered several medications for you. Unfortunately, it is against federal law to prescribe OxyContin over the phone so I could not fulfill your request. After 45 minutes, I did not feel that we were making any progress, so I told you that I would hang up.
