My daughters apartment was leaking and full of mold. after hiring our own mold inspector the apartment ended up being condemned. The apartment never answered work orders and never helped her when her apartment was condemned. They didnt give her her deposit back and we just filed a lawsuit to be paid for damages

Hivernan ************ known as HRG the management company managing Amber Manor Apartments is not a honest business. They only care about making a profit while doing the least amount of work, spending little money on apartment repair, and maintenance. Communication is not a priority. Important information is not explained or given to tenants. Security deposit are not returned. You can leave the apartment in better shape at move out then it was when you moved in, and they will still find reasons to keep your deposit. They hold... read more
I am still being charged a fee that I don't owe. I paid my rent in full on 3/27/18 and was served a 5 day notice on 4/2/18 I would like a phone number to corporate. I want out of my lease. I hate living in this ghetto building that is never cleaned. I'm embarrassed to have company over because you don't know what to expect from the neighbors bad kids or the thugs that hang out in the building on the stair wells.
