Experienced, caring & radiates professionalism!
My now ex-husband scheduled a consultation with Amber because he wanted a divorce, but I didn't. I filled out the intake form she sent to be completed before the consultation. My ex didn't. Amber proceeded with the meeting anyways... even though it would have taken 5 minutes for her to delay the meeting for her to ask my ex for the information she'd need for a more well rounded conversation. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. It ultimately caused enormous (and completely preventable) tension in our divorce process.
