Do not trust this realtor with any real estate needs. She rented a townhome from me in Myrtle Beach. Ultimately, she breached the contract and broke the lease and left owing me thousands of dollars.

Amber was a professional from her appearance and from her knowledge of a variety of properties in the SC beach area. She quickly discerned the type and location of property that we were seeking. Though we were only narrowing-down “areas” on which to focus our future, detailed search, she was patient and thorough. We look forward to continuing our search for our beach home with Amber.

Amber stepped in for our realtor who was unable to accommodate me on a last minute visit. She knew I was not her client and still treated me like I was her only priority. She was able to add multiple locations for us to see and fit it all in before I flew back to California early the next morning. She was so knowledgeable of the area and very professional. She spoke very highly of her coworkers and has a excitement for her work. If I wasn’t already working with a fantastic agent I would love to work with Amber!
