She really, really, really looks after her clients! She is straight forward and honest. In addition, Amber has great skill in navigating what can be an emotional roller coaster (real estate).

Amber did a great job with my listing. She quickly sold my house during the housing crash of 2011 despite the challenging economic environment. How did we do? It surpassed the comps and was sold for new neighborhood high. Thank you, Amber.
She never showed my investment property once. She had me ratify a contract $10000 under the negotiated price and was lucky enough to have the correct price in a text to the buyers agent. She did not show up at the the closing table leaving me unrepresented. The buyers agent was much more help to me than Ms Krause.

Amber was the best Realtor I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Always professional and reliable. I never waited for return phone calls because she was always available. Always!!! She pours so much energy into her properties. I felt a connection and level of trust from the very beginning. Very knowledgeable of the market and how to best display your home. We used Amber to sell our old home and buy our new one. I would highly recommend Amber for any real estate transaction. She's a wonderful person and fabulous Realtor.
Although anxiety levels are high during the sale and purchase of another home we felt Amber was a hard worker, and she helped to stay focused on our goals!
