1.0 star rating 3/7/2016 We did have an incident while in Florida with Amber Inn and Suites and the police were called. There is a difference in Clarion Suites Maingate - Kissimmee. I am grateful to Expedia, for getting us switched and paying the difference of the money between hotels, although I do still see a discrepencey on my billing Barclaycard USI will be addressing tomorrow Monday my day off. So sorry this took so long to post Britney but I just wanted to compliment the friendly staff and the one time I needed something fixed in my beautiful room it was taken care of before days end. The swimming pool was beautiful and always clean. Your staff was again top notch and made you feel welcome and part of the happy family. Be well and blessed, I wish you all the very best!!! Sincerely
