I was more than a little nervous to schedule an appointment for my routine air conditioner service due to COVID-19. When Jose ***** arrived we were both wearing masks. I immediately felt better. From Julie working the phone to Jose getting it done in the heat, the entire team at Amber Mechanical delivered on a great experience. It’s never good when your a/c goes on the fritz in 90 degree weather, but Jose got my unit running in peak condition in no time flat. Super knowledgeable and super friendly. Amber has maintained my air conditioning units and furnaces for twenty-six years. Whenever I have called Amber to initiate service or question an invoice, I have been greeted by courteous and knowledgable employees. For the longest time, my Amber technician has been Mike Mikula. Mike is an excellent technician who is polite and friendly. He answers all my questions and demonstrates how to use my computerized thermostats. He is need, clean and conscientious.
The teams were courteous and friendly, wearing masks, gloves & booties. Adrian & Quentin installed the water heater efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Anthony and his partner provided the proposal with a clear explanation.
From the 1st call, until the work was completed. Everyone was very professional,work completed on time reasonable price. I will recommend them and use they if necessary.

We have been using Amber for over 10 years. They have very well trained and courteous technicians. We recently purchased a condo and had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed. I highly recommend their service contract to maintain your your equipment, even if you have not purchased it from them.
