This is probably the worst doctor I have been to. I’m suffering from post-surgical pain after a hernia repair several months ago. Dr Whittenburg couldn’t have acted less interested in hearing about my symptoms and what was going on. She was like an actual robot with zero empathy. She prescribed a pain drug, but then failed to address the other drugs I was on and adjust those accordingly, including a sleep drug. I went to her and she was extremely stoic and had zero empathy and didn’t listen to my concerns at all. She seemed like she was in a rush and didn’t care. I’ve worked with hundreds of doctors since I’m in the medical field myself and she’s by far the worst doctor I’ve come across professionally and personally…. No empathy.. Having the credentials doesn’t make a good doctor
DO NOT use bae pain management services! They do not listen to the patient at all. They give you the run around and are too busy to properly take care of their patients.
Long time overdue but I have been seeing Dr. Whittenburg and NP Chou for pain management for over 5 years. Everyone from the scheduler to staff have been kind, professional, knowledgeable and on time.
Dr.Amber Doherty Whittenburg, needs to be under investigation and reviewed for the lack of care and malpractice Dr.Amber Doherty Whittenburg has for patients. The partial visit was recorded on my phone and will be sent to a higher position for review. Patients deserve better treatment when seeking help. Please seek a different provider, this is coming from a person just discharged from a hospital with chronic pain, and pending illness. Please seek another Doctor.
