I have lived here going on 4 years now and I have had nothing but problems. My A/C does not go below 85 even if it is 80 degress outside. I have had this problem for 3 years. I have put in many many requests to have it fixed and they come and change my filter or add free-on and still with them doing so the problem doesn't go away. I asked last year that they take a look at my insulation and anything else with the unit. I lived here for over 8 years and I loved it. The property was well kept, children were controlled and not allowed to tear things up. The noise level was low and I loved it!. Things were fixed in less than 24 hours.I moved a year ago to a different city and I am looking forward to moving back to Centron!
I have lived all over the Garland area and finally found a place that feels like home. The apartments/Condos are generous in room size, the neighbors are about as friendly as I have ever found. The grounds/landscape are picture perfect with well groomed trees, perfectly cut grass and the Manager keeps Pepper gardens at the end of each building allowing tenants to pick what they need to add flavor to our daily meals. This are the worst apartments to live in 1. you have rats come in your apartment and when you tell the manager she just asks like ooo it is normal but really it is not. 2. If someone helps you with something like a problem before you know it everyone in the whole complex knows that person help you. 3. The apartment manager is nosiy and does not work with you she tells all your business to everyone including the mailman, even sometimes her neighbors.
