Ambati took over a small apartment complex in Fresno when the property sold. Of course, I was worried about how it would be managed. They went to work immediately and updated the property with some much needed safety measures. In less than a month, a pool fence was installed, fire extinguishers were added around the complex, sidewalks were marked and additional fire alerts were placed inside units.
