We had a leaking skylight that was installed by another company 2 years ago. I called Ambassador to come out and take a look. Ben showed up the next day and after a few minutes found the issue and fixed it while he was there. Judging by their fast, professional service on my very small repair I have no doubt you would get the same treatment on larger projects. When my roof needs replaced I now know who to call!
I have never had more frustration than with the lack of professionalism and communication. I have been trying to pay them and get can’t Elaina to answer a call. Due to lack of communication we were not able to get our windows replaced using our insurance claim. They waited so long our claim expired. Now we are out our own money. Felt like we were unimportant and not a priority. Very unprofessional.
I worked with Shug and his repair crew for my repairs! They inspected, sent a quote and repaired all within a few days!!Communication was outstanding. Team was knowledgeable and everyone was respectful and friendly! I will recommend them time and time again!
Highly recommend! We enjoyed working with Elaina and Heath and very happy that they were able to fix very tricky small leak on our roof.
