Kind of addicted now... – We went here for a family party and we were very surprised with how much we liked it! The service has been FANTASTIC every time we've been. Very clean. We love the food too. The veggies all taste fresh. The flavors are great. We have brought 2 other families with us since then and now THEY are regulars. Very vegetarian friendly too! LOVE that. We always DO tip 15% or up.....so we were not at all turned off by the automatic gratuity when we used our Entertainment card. This place a pleasant surprise.
good service, bad smells – The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was disappointing, and the overall atmosphere was harmed by the presence of the bar, as a beer and smoker smell wafted through the dining area. You will smell like cigarette smoke when you leave. The experience would be improved by physically separating the bar from the restaurant.
Improving – They seem to be genuinely trying to improve service. Both our wait staff attentive. The food is very good, but since they are in the process of a remodel, the ambience was a little off. Very clean including the bathroom. Video Poker in the bar area was a little annoying, but overall it was a good experience. Possibly because I used an Entertainment Coupon Book discount a 15% gratuity was automatically added to the bill. Not sure if this is added to all bills or not.
Great Food & Fun Karaoke – I was introduced by a friend and have become a regular ever since. FINALLY a karaoke bar with REAL drinks and super-clean bathrooms. Legin where we'd go because there was nowhere else, but now we've found the spot. Everything on their menu is AWESOME! Service is good, however, at times can be extremely slow. If you're tired of the club scene, but still want good music, this is the place to go.
Good Chinese on East Side – In spite of its dingy bar appearance, the food was rather good. Try the succlulent yet edgy mongolian steak. The Honey prawns were tangy and large. This is a good 'to-go' option if you are in this area, unless you're under 30 I would not recommend sitting in the bar. The waitstaff had better things to do than seat us, the dining room was completely vacant! They live and die by their bar apparently, but the food was good in spite of this!
