Has got to be the most unprofessional property management I’ve ever had. No one is ever available to answer the phones in office (even though there is always two ladies working the reception desk, doing apparently nothing from 8-5pm). Have had multiple work orders ignored and never followed up on. Have been a tenant with them for the past 4 years and am absolutely over the poor quality and lack of tenant support these people have. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE,
I was a property owner who hired Ambassador Property Management to manage my rental home. The monthly fee for this service is $129 - you get less than you pay for. No one was ever at the office to pick up my phone calls (although when I had to go in person, it seemed to be quite full). I never got callbacks as requested. Whenever I emailed any questions, I always had to follow up to request full answers. It would take months to hear back with full answers, since any responses were only partial answers to any questions I had.... read more
Very professional and very responsive we had a quick move in date everything went smoothly there’s a lot of steps but we had no issues
I am a vendor. I did a make ready for this company in October of 2024. The leasing agent was highly appreciative of how quickly we completed the work and the quality thereof. Today is February 12, 2025 and I still have not been paid. Every time I call their number I talk to a different customer service rep who tells me that no one is in the office. According to Zillow, it looks like the place has been rented out. And yet, they have no care in the world to pay me for the work we did.
She was very proactive, made phone calls, followed-up, and basically did all of the work for us, and made our lives and this experience 10000% easier. I would recommend Sopiko to anyone!! Thank you Sopiko!!
