Best place to stay in Alabama. Big and clean rooms. Very easy check in and checkout

I booked for a two nights stay at this hotel, and I was very disappointed to find out that they refuse to change the bed. not only did they refuse to change the bed with fresh linens but they also did not make the bed up after I had been there for one day. When I spoke to the hotel desk clerk, she then informed me that for stay overs, you must requested to have your bed changed and fresh sheets when you reserve the hotel!
