Great place to stay. Rooms clean and customer service awesome.
The rooms are decent for the price. But I don’t know what type of business these people run!! The 1st mistake was they THOUGHT I was going to let that charge slide. The 2nd mistake was they didn’t know who they were playing with! The 3rd mistake is they could have came up with a better LIE THAN SMOKING!!!! They had the audacity to charge my card for $60 and said I smoked in a room!!! I DON’T SMOKE NOR DO MY CHILD SMOKE!!! I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE STAYING HERE DO NOT USE YOUR CARDS HERE!! Non-smoking room smelled like marijuana. We were told that was common and they refused to discount the room or upgrade without a charge. Said no other rooms were available for the same cost.
