RecommendedI had an excellent time at the hotel. The front desk person was named Jay and she was awesome! She would greet us as we came in and left when she could and was super friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfy and the views were great! I would highly recommend and go back again soon.
My friend and I got separate rooms this past weekend to celebrate my 9yo’s birthday. Two moms and 5 kids with 3 rooms. Ages 4-13 The operations manager Susie was unfriendly and confrontational with our kids. One of our kids has special needs and had an accident in the pool, we left and called the front desk to inform them. I write this from the Heathman Lodge which is just a short uber ride from PDX and this trashy place. On the evening of December 17, I arrived with my son to stay here as my son had a red eye flight. 6 hours prior to arrival I made an Expedia Rez under my husbands name with my cc.
