I placed an order through Teleflora and they chose this local shop. My grandmother’s service is scheduled and I want an urn arrangement saw one that I instantly loved. Flowers were ordered for 6/6 so today I received a call from home saying that there is an urn arrangement here. Extremely bad customer service. You can go in and place an order. Ahead of time, and they still will not have it ready and then overcharge you on top of that.
I ordered a last minute bouquet for my mom! It was beautiful and arrived early!
I called myself supporting a black owned business but this is the reason you sometimes gotta just spend your money where its respected, they overcharged me on the day after valentines day $55 for a half a dozen roses (I didn’t know any better) and after the fact when flowers were opened it was 5 roses? They offered a new arrangement after the fact but as a business owner with alot of responsibilities i dont have the time to run back and forth to deal with petty issues. Ordered same day delivery directly from their website, scheduled delivery before noon. Called at 12:10 to confirm delivery, they apparently had no knowledge of my order, said they would get the order to the "designer". I told the rep I had to cancel since person was no longer at the delivery location. There is no option to cancel online, I will see how long before my $120 is refunded. So sad when we try to patronize a neighborhood business, that this is the result.
