Great personable experience. The woman that took care of me was so pleasant and attentive, on top of the arrangement being beautiful.
Customer service was amazing, and I truly appreciated the experience. However, I paid $75 for a dozen roses, and the quality was just okay. I’ve purchased flowers from many floral shops, including wholesale, and have never paid that much for similar quality. I believe in supporting Black-owned businesses, but pricing should still reflect the quality and remain competitive. Beautiful arrangement and super easy ordering. The flowers arrived on time and looked even better than the photos. My friend loved them!
"I called ahead to confirm stock and was assured that if I ordered by 11:00 AM on 12/31, I would receive same-day delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers didn’t arrive until the afternoon of 1/2—two days late. I ordered the ‘Garden of Memories Premium’ for $112, and while the arrangement was okay, it didn't feel as 'grand' or premium as the price tag suggested. Between the late delivery and the underwhelming scale of the bouquet, I didn’t feel the value matched the cost." Not impressed.
Ms. Johnson was extremely compassionate and professional when I had the difficult task of ordering sprays for my sister funeral. She not only assisted me with ordering the flowers, she comforted me and assured me the flowers would arrive on time on November 29, 2025, the biggest snow storm of the year in Chicago. When I arrived and saw the display at my sister casket I had to break down crying because she was represented so well. Thank you and your staff Ms. Johnson. Thank you. Definitely will refer your services.❤️
