"I called ahead to confirm stock and was assured that if I ordered by 11:00 AM on 12/31, I would receive same-day delivery. Unfortunately, the flowers didn’t arrive until the afternoon of 1/2—two days late. I ordered the ‘Garden of Memories Premium’ for $112, and while the arrangement was okay, it didn't feel as 'grand' or premium as the price tag suggested. Between the late delivery and the underwhelming scale of the bouquet, I didn’t feel the value matched the cost." Not impressed.

Ms. Johnson was extremely compassionate and professional when I had the difficult task of ordering sprays for my sister funeral. She not only assisted me with ordering the flowers, she comforted me and assured me the flowers would arrive on time on November 29, 2025, the biggest snow storm of the year in Chicago. When I arrived and saw the display at my sister casket I had to break down crying because she was represented so well. Thank you and your staff Ms. Johnson. Thank you. Definitely will refer your services.❤️

Firstly, I would like to commend the professional service I received over the phone. The initial set of flowers I received, ordered through Teflon, was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the second set, which was also ordered through Teflon using Ambassador Flowers. I contacted them, and they promptly rectified the situation. The third set of flowers I received is satisfactory as well. It appears that the second set was shipped directly from them. Walked in on the fly. 2 ladies were working. I told them my story and they made a beautiful flower arrangement on the fly! The flowers smelled amazing too!
