Yesterday was our puppies first visit to the vet! A very pleasant one for us all. Doctor is amazing, everyone is! The assistant the front office staff! They really made us feel welcome! We got a thorough tour! I give this place 5 � stars!!!

We have three dogs that are under the care of Ambassador Animal Hospital. The staff are very attentive, take great care of our pets, show incredible compassion and love for animals, and are very prompt in responding to our needs. Most recently we had to put one of dogs down, and while this was incredibly difficult for me, the staff took such good care of both my dog and ME! They're very special people and your pets will be in good hands with Dr. Joiner!
Absolutely horrible. I called and emailed for 3 days straight with no reply and hanging up on me after 15 minutes on hold. My pet passed away a few days ago. This was the only place I was able to take her and the day I went they told me they were already closed. I didn't want her to suffer and they refused to help me.
My Kids LOVE them, they have been here for us, including me <3
I've left my beloved Beagle there now three times for sheltering this past year and now she looks forward to going, and isn't afraid to go riding in my car anymore!!!!!! ❤️
