I had a scheduled appointment for my dog Penny. I asked for a tooth extraction, and only if absolutely necessary, to proceed with a dental procedure. After nothing but the run around and “Dr. B” to refuse to treat my dog due to excuse after excuse, I will no longer bring my animals to Ambassador Animal Hospital after 25+ years of being a loyal client. For a Dr. to refuse to talk to a client in person is completely unprofessional and could have potentially resolved the issue and saved a long time client.
So kind and compassionate to their patients and their humans. Love this place

Very caring staff! When we boarded our dog she began having seizures. Karen called me and assured me that my dog was ok and not to worry. Even after we came home they called to check on my sweet girl. Excellent. Dr. Joiner is very kind. I can't say enough about this place.
