I was seen in the emergency room for a head contusion and laceration. They got me right in the x-ray and CAT scan 10 stitches. The crew was great adopted a good job.. I highly recommend Providence Hospital for any care needed professional experienced. Very thorough.
Absolutely Aweful! My daughter was sent to their ER for an urgently needed IV due to a blood disease. We've been sitting in ER waiting for over 3 hour's. Also, before she was diagnosed, she came to Providence. They parked her in the hall, had monitor's on her. Her Heart was very irregular. They ignored that as well as labs and sent her home!!! I had the best experience possible at Providence Alaska Medical Center. Everyone, including staff, nurses, anesthesiologists, and doctors, was professional, caring, kind, and extremely knowledgeable and proficient during my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
