They dry and warm the towels, plus they act as a radiant heater if they are installed correctly.
We paid $600 for a unit that merely dries towels but does not warm them. Every time I look at it I am astonished at how indifferent your customer service is to my complaint. Since it is hardwired in my new bathroom, it is a daily reminder of my mistake in making this purchase. I will do my best to see that others don’t have a similar experience.
