My driver was close if I paid for a delivery today I should have got delivered today she was right by my house best horrible customer service
Take forever………unloading
Told the broker I'd be an hour and a half late for my appointment time he said no problem. When I got to the facility they pushed my appointment up 8 1/2 hours. When I came back to deliver the evening shift ladies in the guard shack were extremely rude and made all the truckers, which was 12 of us, wait until they wanted to work.
Wouldn't be a bad place if you could understand what the people behind the camera were saying. No parking anywhere close. Dear lord you better have an appointment number, if not its nothing but circles with these guys.
