The shipping entrance is on global, not gateway and is not noted anywhere. The Amazon check in process was miserable as always with getting yelled at by someone in a foreign call center bc they can't hear you and then don't want to listen to you. Have to show up right on time for your appointment, more than just a few minutes early and they refuse you, more than a few minutes late and they delete and make you reschedule, but then when you do get in, you sit for hours bc your appointment really doesn't mean anything to them..... read more
