Rating -999999 worse place I have ever delivered to, sent me a way for being 12 minutes early for appointment, had to drive around the block a few times burn fuel for 12 minutes. They assign me a dock door when I get in their, after 5 hours I get a call thinking they are going to tell me my trailer is unloaded, they tell me I’m in a door for Local parking or something, and asked me to move to another door, I told them I am not hooked to my trailer and why don’t you just have the yard truck move it. This place needs new management, so much time wasted, I was supposed to pick up preloaded trailer, there is nobody to talk to, they keep sending you from door to door, stood there 30 minute pressing this freaking bell

This company is not good. I had to wait for 15 hours to get my truck unloaded. There is no parking and the workers do not take their work seriously. This company not good This is my last load from Amazon. After this I will never pick up a load from Amazon because it ruined my whole week.
