See one seen them all. Remember the "No Refunds/No Exchange Policy". I wish we could change this, but it will not change, because women - Black Women - in particular will not stop patronizing these places no matter what. It's a great store. They have everything you need. Some people complain that the employees follow the customers around. Personally, my mom and I never experienced that. I know people steal from there regularly, which makes them want to follow people. But, instead of following people around, they should invest in a better security system. Still, it's a great store, it's convenient and the employees are friendly from my standpoint.

The store is always clean and the sales-people there are friendly. I don't like the parking lot though, it's the hardest to get into and the worst to get out of. There are times I planned on going into Amazon but because of the craziness in the parking lot and the traffic around those streets, I just end up driving right by it and thinking "i'll just come back". I just love this store. I shop here all the time. I enjoy speaking to the sale people. They are very helpful and friendly. I think that Kay and Rachael or the best. I can actually say that I come in so much they we have became friends. I enjoy the other sales people to, but I can't remember their names. Next time I will included their names also. You need to do more advertising on the internet with your products so thatpeople will know what you carry.
