Wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order with them. They also tried to upcharge me with "expedited" shipping, which I never requested. Then mysteriously they couldn't fill my order and offered me different colors , none of which matched my logo. I cancelled the order and of course am still waiting for my refund. They don't respond to my emails and I am disgusted that they are still taking people's money with what appears to be no intention of filling orders. BUYER BEWARE!

They deserve zero stars. I echo the other complaints here. I placed an order and paid close to 6 months ago and have had the run around ever since. I have finally given up after many, many emails in which they asked me to reapprove proofs, order something different from their rush facility (the product I needed is not available from the rush facility and they know it), told me "maybe 4-6 weeks" repeated every 4-6 weeks. I would choose negative stars if possible. I never received this order in the original 4-6 weeks as indicated for delivery on my July 5, 2019 order. I received an email on July 19, 2019 of another 3-4 week delay with an attempt to upsell to their Houston plant for timely delivery. Then I received an email on August 26, 2019 that after I APPROVED the proofs, which were all incorrect, it would be another 4-6 weeks. There is no way I am paying for a rush to reorder a product we paid for months ago with nothing to show for it. I have nothing else to say but would like to share the yelp review I’m leaving in hopes you won’t cheat anyone else: Go somewhere else. I ordered from them last year and they sent us someone else's order. No big deal, they sent us the ones we ordered after contacting them. We placed another order in January 2019. Placed an order in September of 2018. As of December order delayed do to delay of materials from supplier. I canceled order and requested a refund. Its April and I still have not received a refund, was told it was "pending." The still have a BBB Accredited logo on their website.

Ordered wristbands in January 3, 2019. with a 4-6 week turn around time. Called 8th week and was told were still 4-6 MONTHS out. I cancelled order and was told I would receive a refund. Called today (one month later) and was told they are still processing refunds from December! Remember you only have a 90 window of recourse! I called the bank to do a charge back. They are still accepting orders on their website for product they can't provide!

This is the most unprofessional organization with whom I've ever conducted business. I ordered wristbands over a month ago with a one week delivery date. Three weeks ago I got an email saying that the bands would be delayed one to two weeks, I consented to wait. I called two weeks later because I had yet to receive a shipping tracking number and was told that it would be another 4-6 weeks. Had a totally negative experience with Amazing Wristbands. Never received my order. Told to wait a week. Stressed I needed the order before I went out of town. Needless to say item was shipped too late. Tried to get a reshipment but never it. Totally disorganized company. Emails received for tracking showed "January 1, 1970" as shipping date - only 38 years off in date!
