I placed an order in June 2019. I did not hear from the company about the status of my order for over a month so I contacted them. At that time I was told that it was in production and I should expect delivery in 14-18 business days. One month later, I emailed again and was told that they were experiencing some production delays and computer tech error problems, and that my order was lost in the shuffle. Looked for them on BBB before ordering and couldn't find them. Wish I would have seen these before. Made an order on 9/19/20 and was to take 5-7 days. Called on 10/14/20 to get a status on the order. Said they were having problems with production. I asked to cancel and received an email that it was going to finance department for refund. No refund yet on 11/20/20 after repeated calls (most to voicemail), contact through the website, and emails. This company is a scam - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I had read the reviews below before doing business with them, as my situation is the same as everyones. They emailed that my order was delayed - so I asked to cancel. They said they would process my refund 'as soon as possible,' however they're currently very 'backed up.' I'm on week 2 of waiting, and just put in a claim with Paypal, as it is clear I will not be getting a refund from them.

I was going to place an order because it said free fast shipping. Then saw it said call for great discount. So I emailed them and they told me that what I was going to order (thank goodness I didn’t) cannot be processed and I would have to order certain wristbands from the us plant and they couldn’t process payments except through PayPal ( red flag) I said why isn’t that on your website? If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered the first of August. Knew it would take 4-6 weeks. No prob. At 5 weeks I called to check on the order. Told to give it another week. t 8 weeks I called back and was informed they lost the contract with the printing company and I could place another order, or get a refund. To place another order with them was twice what I paid originally. I requested a fund. I am at 13 weeks and no refund. Today they said a check would be cut on Friday. I placed my order for wristbands in Mid-September 2019. In Mid-October, I contacted their Customer Service and was told it would be another 6 to 8 weeks due to an ordering delay from China. By the website I thought these were in stock and would shipped immediately. I requested an Order Status update as soon as they received the wristbands from China, which never happened. I placed an order for wristbands back in August 2019. After finding the same wristbands for a better price, I quickly called back and asked for them to cancel my order and refund my money. I was told that I would be sent a refund, but now it is October 2019, and I have yet to receive my refund. I have called several times and I have been told that refunds are processed on Fridays, and my refund should be coming soon. This company does not deserve one star! I ordered wristbands for a fundraiser over 3 months ago. I have not received the wristbands or the refund. The representative always says to check back Friday for possible refund status. I Am contacting the Attorney General’s office
