As a nurse practitioner who sustained a chronic injury at the hands of another medical provider I have felt very guarded and hesitant for 3.5 years. This is truly an incredibly warm and welcoming place. I am very grateful to the doctors and physiotherapists — they were always exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. Even though I was often late and came with my child, I was always treated with understanding and patience.
