The dentist is amazing. I would give her five stars. But the woman who answers the phone deserves no stars. She never gives Dr. O my messages that I am out of my prescription toothpaste. And nobody ever calls me back. Unfortunately, I have dry mouth from my epilepsy meds, that is so bad it keeps me up at night. If I don’t sleep, I have seizures. I called 6 times and gave up. I had to get my PCP to call it in.

I love my dental office and my dentist. This is the first dentist I’d actually feel comfortable with. I’ve been going there for about three years now. I like that we don’t just talk about (cleaning). Dr. O helps me understand how my teeth are doing and provides recommendations. I’m not Comfortable with the sound of drilling, but she allows me to put on my headphones and get as comfortable as I need to before. Overall, the office has a very friendly vibe and the staff are kind. I’m happy to be a client.
The staff in the dentist was very professional courteous. I recommend them highly.
