Great first experience, staff was excellent the place is spotless and the Doctor was Great also . This will be the place for me while I live in Norwalk.
Always nervous about seeing a new physician but Richa Mahatme is very good as what she does. I get that feeling like they're not trying to find extra procedures to do and really just focus on the important problems I had. My 3 visits have been great and would highly recommend.
The dentist is amazing. I would give her five stars. But the woman who answers the phone deserves no stars. She never gives Dr. O my messages that I am out of my prescription toothpaste. And nobody ever calls me back. Unfortunately, I have dry mouth from my epilepsy meds, that is so bad it keeps me up at night. If I don’t sleep, I have seizures. I called 6 times and gave up. I had to get my PCP to call it in.
