Long time Patient I LOVE this office. The staff is amazing. Dr. Thies is excellent. Takes time with me answers any questions I have before beginning any work I need to have done. My whole family are patients here. I have been going to Dr. Thies since 1990 and would never leave. On occasion I have seen Dr. Rood and have received the same care from him. Would not recommend this office They took a lot of unnecessary x-rays. I was their only to get my teeth cleaned . Not get taken to the cleaners with the cost. I clearly advised the staff what I wanted an I only wanted x-rays that were covered under my plan. I have had a lot of unnecessary stress in my life over a billing issue. That ended up costing me.
Our kids LOVE the dentist My husband and I found out about Dr Thies at the Tinley Bridal Show. We just moved into Tinley Park and were planning our wedding. Being new in town, we obviously needed a new dentist. Although that wasn't what we were looking for, we took advantage of their new patient offer, and were we impressed! Absolutely love this office! It surprises me to read 1 bad review of this office because I have never experienced such warmth and professionalism at an office before. As you walk in to the office, you are greeted by 2 very friendly receptionists who seem to have worked together for years and years. Everything you need in a dental office! I had been going to a dentist for several years and lost a tooth. My dentist sent me to a specialist for an implant. In the mean time I was talking to a friend who told me that Dr. Thies does implants and I should have him take a look. Nice It is a very nice place to take anyone, the atomosphere is very welcoming with magazines in the waiting room. They also have a kids spot where they can play with toys and books. They are wonderful people that care about what you want.

RecommendedAmazing Smiles is wonderful! The staff is super friendly and caters toward families. The office offers complimentary waters, hot chocolate, and snacks. There are charging stations for phones in the waiting area, and kids get coins for prizes upon finishing treatments. The dental assistant held my sons hand during treatment and help to keep him at ease during times of discomfort. Thank you for your attentiveness with our family and for repairing my sons chipped front teeth.
Dr. Crescenzo and the whole entire staff at Amazing Smiles are amazing and wonderful. i had to go in for an emergency visit and they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Anyone who knows me know I am scared of dentist but Dr. Crescenzo as well as the staff eased my mind and made my visit very welcoming. I recommend them to everyone and all.. You will not be disappointed and you will have a very good visit.
