This place is a joke!! All the bad reviews are true! Wish I had read them before taking my daughter to these quacks! If I could give negative stars, there would be -5 !!!! My daughter was supposed to have a tooth extracted today. We get to the appointment and the so called secretary says her insurance has not sent in the approval !?? Okay so WHY did I not get a call the day before? Well you are here now you can pay out of pocket wtf?! It's a scam. Horrible bedside manner, talks about patients poorly in Spanish to her asst with patient sitting in the room just assuming they are not bilingual. Didn't look at any of my old records or x-rays at all. Without informed consent she then tried to bill my insurance for extractions of ALL of my molars and extensive bone reshaping surgery and dentures when I ONLY needed fillings and 2 root tips extracted with upper partial. This is the worst dentist ever. They are very nice in the beginning at the front counter to Lear u in. But the dentist doesn't know what she's doing. I went in for fillings and she drilled to deep in my tooth and I didn't know until a few weeks later it turned to an apsess and caused me so much pain. Literally just the wind from the atmosphere would cause sharp pains. I went to them to show them what I was going through but didn't want to let them work on my teeth anymore because I could no longer trust that dentist so I lef... read more
