I can't say how well their work is because I can't get anyone to answer the phone, return my call or answer my email. I can say, however, that is not great customer service.
My technician Jeff was extremely pleasant and professional. He showed up on time and answered all the questions I had. He even rocked out to a few tunes with me that morning. My tub looks amazing and can't wait to use it later this afternoo . I appreciate your hard work and dedication to a job well done. Thank you again.
Shayne refinished three old and very damaged tubs in a house we recently purchased. He was very professional; completed the job in the time frame he gave us and our tubs look brand new. He worked hard to prep them and make repairs before he started the glazing process. We are extremely pleased and we highly recommend him.
