Great experience overall with my pool. Great service
I’ve been using Amazing Pool for the past two years and was initially very happy with their service. Unfortunately, over last months, things have gone downhill dramatically. My pool is now in terrible condition due to neglect. The pool technician didn’t show up for over two weeks. After I contacted the office, someone did come out the same day, but only performed a basic cleanup that didn’t resolve the problems caused by weeks of missed service. Three weeks ago we called Amazing Pools after looking at their reviews on Google. When we contacted them they schedule for a person to come right away to our house, looked at the pool, and informed us how much it would be for the services monthly. We were so amazed with their first impression that we decided to hire them to service our pool starting the following week. I reached out to Amazing Pools to get a quote for cleaning my pool. Omar, the technician who visited my home, was extremely professional and taught me things about my pool that I didn’t know before. It was a great experience. I’ve been using their services for five months now, and I’m really satisfied. The person who cleans my pool comes on the same day every week, and my pool has never looked better. I definitely recommend Amazing Pools
