This salon does an excellent job of making my nails look beautiful every time. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the salon is clean and well-maintained, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional nail services.
The spa itself is clean and the massage chair is a nice touch. The pricing is good. Unfortunately I had a bad experience and am still in pain after a couple of days. Firstly the technician was very rough with the cuticle appliance causing my skin to bleed. I had to ask her to stop. Then when she did the foot scrubbing with the abrasive block she scrubbed so hard the back of my heels bled. It was two days ago and I have had to wear bandaids and apply polysporin. I came in to have my acrylic nails removed, and the technician assisting me was named Jade. While she was filing off the acrylic, there were several moments when it felt like my nails were burning, so I instinctively pulled my hand away. When she filed the side of one of my nails, the pain became unbearable. I pulled my hand back and started crying. After this, Jade became extremely aggressive toward me. I was really disappointed with my visit to this salon. I showed a photo of a simple nude chrome design, but I felt very rushed and a bit dismissed during the process. After some back and forth, I asked for a milky white, but I ended up with a bright white instead. The manicure felt rushed too—I didn’t get a proper hand massage, and her long nails actually scratched me during the 2 second towel step. I left feeling really uncomfortable and like I wasn’t being taken seriously.
I would highly recommend this place, everyone is very nice and welcoming, not to mention the amazing job they do with the nails😍
