I’ve used this cleaning service for a while and never had major issues until recently. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably declined. The countertops have been left dirty, and during the last cleaning, they were actually sticky, as if the dirt had just been smeared around. There was also obvious mold in the shower that I was able to wipe away with one swipe. Lately, the cleaners have been spending an hour or less cleaning my three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, and it shows. They are always rushing to finish the cleaning. ... read more

The Amazing Maids are (to me) expensive, but they do a great job, with little fuss. The office has always been responsive, and the housekeepers are polite and efficient. They dust all the flat surfaces in our condo. The floor is spotless.

This week, they came late in the day (1:30). I had to cancel a meeting so I could be there for them. I had to remind them to vacuum my closet, dust the ceiling fans. Today (next day) I noticed that the top of the washing machine was not cleaned. Not a big deal, but should have been done.

Showed up on time and did an amazing job. I asked for a deep-clean and they took their time and made sure the house was spotless.
