Emily did my lashes and left them looking worse than what I went in with. She rushed through the process. My lashes all fell out 2 days after getting them done. Avoid getting your lashes done with Emily. I went back and had them fixed with a different lash tech and she did an amazing job. I’m only giving the 5 stars to her. Emily 1 star ⭐️
i recently came about a month ago and had emily as my technician. on the website, it did not reference emily as the master stylist so i was charged more, didn’t mind since i thought i would have a better experience but no. The lashes are cute and the staff is nice. However, the pricing is misleading. The website will let you book any style for the intro price. For me, the lash tech asked me to show her inspo for the lashes I wanted. This is when she should have told me that the lashes I wanted did not qualify for the intro price. She went ahead and did them and the front desk advised that they were charging me an extra $60 for my look because they had volume. The communication for this place is very poor. The first time I got my lashes done the girl at the front desk told me that the refills will always be $70-$80. Also, I was told that I was getting a classic done not volume .It’s wasn’t Till after I got my lashes done that they told me the price is different. I asked to speak to the manager she wasn’t there.
