I work at amazing lash studio at a different location and I just have to say, we needed to pull a clients credit but these people WONT answer the phone. It rings once maybe twice then straight to a voicemail box which is FULL. Just know, not all amazing lash studios act like this. This is purely the lash consultants and management. You would think with MANY reviews complaining about this, they would train their employees to answer the phone.
Opened a subscription Feb 2024 Their mailbox is full, you can not schedule appt, they no longer show on an app. These pls are scammers. Had to call my bank for a refund and stop the withdrawals. I am calling corporate to report this business.
Went to my appt at 10:00 am 2/15 doors are locked, no one answers the phone and voicemail is full. I have been a customer for 4 years and received no notification.
Great once you get an appointment but consistently do not answer the phone during business hours or return phone calls
