Predatory business practices. They don't tell you upon a finishing your appointment that they schedule a 4 week follow up. If you cancel or no call they charge you. So what I thought was a courtesy turns out to be them locking you into a mandatory charge either way. I'll just put in my own. appointments from here on out. Edit: I never once received any policy information from your receptionist or upon placing appointments. You should have a cancelation policy standard on you website as well.

It was my first time ever getting my lashes done. I stumbled upon amazing lash studio and I am so glad!! The staff was very welcoming and informing since I was a new client. I will definitely be going back thank you especially to Estefany who was my lash stylish she did amazing and I am obsessed with my lash lift <3
