I went in for an eyelash lift and was seen 20 minutes past my appointment time. The service, which was booked for an hour, lasted under 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the lift did not take at all. I mentioned that perhaps the short processing time was the reason, but I was told they are using a new product that requires much less time. Despite the lack of results, I was still charged member price fee. I finally went in for a lash lift...had high expectations but wasnt happy with it.....was expecting so much more end result but literally look like mine did before the lift .....All the girls there were sweet and nice so no negative feelings towards them...i just couldn't tell them I was unhappy with it....
