Do not go to this place. My natural eyelashes fell off. I do not know what glue they used but my eyelids swelled up and they all fell out. They also will not let me cancel my membership over the phone forcing me to waste my time and go in! Do not use this place! They also failed to tell me the credits expire in 3 months. Very unprofessional. Paid 159$ to have my eyelashes fall out. Again do not use !
A terrible experience. I went in beforehand to ask about the service, but on the day of my appointment, they quoted me a different price, claiming I wasn't a member—even though the day before, they had given me the non-member price. Honestly, I felt a sense of hostility, especially from the lash tech, Kim. I’m never going back and I don’t recommend this place.
