Danielle is awesome! She is very professional. Unfortunately, the retention is horrible. Two days after my appointment, the lashes were falling off. I am not new to getting lash extensions, so I know fallout is expected, but the rate at what they were falling out is CRAZY. My lashes were patchy by 4-5 days. I experienced burning and irritation in my eyes from excessive glue use, which is already concerning. Instead of addressing it, my concerns were dismissed.
