I had been looking for a good lash studio for a while now and Kiara did not disappoint!! I always leave extremely satisfied, with my lashes done exactly how I want them! Every time I go in there she does a great job as well as being super nice! 10/10 :)
Unfortunately, the lash lift and tint service I received by Chelsea resulted in uneven curls. One eye looked like it had some mascara on. I expressed my dissatisfaction, I spoke to Ella from the front desk who stated I may be able to get another appointment. I returned to the studio within 30 minutes of the initial appointment and as I was speaking to Ella, Chelsea came out and purposefully avoided eye contact with me. Ella offered a second session complimentary in 2 weeks, but I’d have to pay for the tint. I said no and req... read more
Kiara is amazing ! I left the studio with my lashing looking fabulous and fall ! I was in for a refill , but my lashes had really held up from the two weeks before nicely.
As someone who’s been a receptionist, here too, I would pick somewhere else (: you will waste more time going back and forth with incompetence then you will happy with your service
