As a retired white man. I can’t help but to express my disgust that my wife and I experienced yesterday. We saw a group of black guests that showed class and were extremely kind and professional get treated like crap by the waitresses. It was obvious racism and I can not belive that these rude ladies feel that they have the right to act this way towards people that were being extremely nice to them. Everytime I come I am always impressed! Staff is always attentive and friendly and the food never disappoints! This is always where my family and I go when they are in town to visit me at Ball State! Especially impressed with the new location by the airport!
First time at Amazing Joes - atmosphere was very unique being able to see the planes land and take off. Also loved the pictures on the wall when entering and throughout. I am sort of biased though as I have a Janis Joplin obsession. Husband and I both had the rib-eye and sweet potato fries with caramel sauce- which were superb. House salad was also good. In town for work and a colleague recommended for dinner. Had such a great experience here! Got seated right away. View was very cool, small airport with views of planes and runway. Service: Prompt, friendly and follow ups at perfect intervals. Food: Generous portions, perfectly cooked and tasted great. Cost: Price/quality/portion ratio was awesome! Get alot for what you pay for which is appreciated these days. Highly recommend if you’re in town or a local that’s never been!
