I will never go back to this place. Not only did I get into with the employee who harassed my husband over a wristbands . After i told her i will get her the reciept after i took my child to the restroom. But she couldn't wait less then 5 minutes to ask him for his band 2 more times . after my husband left I went to speak with the manager would not get out of my personal space and even when I asked him to . Horrible very expensive and none of the games work you wait one hour for one ride or one game
For the price, games and food although location is very far cause i leave in phoenix they should put one here in central phoenix. This is a good place to beat the hit in in arizona. good for kids 5 years and up. They have small play pen for kids under 5 but thats it. You can drink wine, beer for extra money and they also have sport tv show area for men like to watch the game also have mini theater while you eat for kids.
Our great grandson Jaden love's amazing Jake's Always have to take him there when he comes to visit.
Was great place for kids. Only issue was game machine all cost different and was not easy to figure out.
All games and entertainment area is fantastic. The food area looks messy sometimes.
Just had my daughter's 3rd birthday party there yesterday. ALL the staff members we encountered were very friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to answer any of our questions. Our server in the party room was very friendly and we give her five stars as well! My daughter had a blast. As well as all of our guests. And the weekday special party package had everything you could need for a child's birthday party, minus the cake, for a very affordable price. An all around Amazing experience.
