What an amazing addition to our families' Valentine themed family reunion. The heart shaped sculpture was done in very good taste and the engraving was perfection. Good job Amazing Ice Designs!!!!!
I could go on and on about how amazing this company is. While their products that they produce are top notch, it it their customer service that goes above and beyond! I was in a tight pinch in the middle of SXSW, and Doug was so patient and kind with me. He was able to help with my needs, and when I came to pick up the products, he again took me step through step of everything I needed.
