We have used Amazing Carpet for several years. It is an owner/operator small business. When you call for an appointment you speak to the owner who will take the time to set up an appointment with you and follow it up with a confirmation call the day before your appointment. He has always been on time if not a bit early for our appointments - rain or shine. He will do a walk through with you at the start of the appointment to ask if you have any specific concerns. The name says it all! Amazing Carpets & Upholstery Cleaning. In our line of business (property management) we've seen it all when it comes to carpets and stains. Carpet that we were sure would have to be replaced is "NEW" again when Philip is done. On time, polite, and there when we may be pressed for time. We would and do recommend Amazing Carpets & Upholstery Cleaning.
I have used Philip several times for my carpet cleaning needs and he has impressed me every time with the speed and quality of his service! I have two dogs that live in the house and you would never know it after Philip leaves. I highly recommend him to everyone!
