My experience was great, they arrived on time and removed a stubborn stain that I probably made worse by trying to remove it myself :( They saved my couch!
Philip has been cleaning my carpet for years. He is professional, timely and does a great job. Don't just get your carpets cleaned, but Philip stretches them too. Stretching your carpet will make it look better, and add years to the remaining life of the carpet.
Every step of the process, from the initial call to settling up, was handled courteously and professionally. Phil arrived promptly and after a quick look at the areas requiring his services he immediately got to work and never slowed down. Along the way he offered suggestions and recommendations as appropriate. Good rates, timely service, friendly advice and quality results. I'll definitely call Phil, and only Phil, the next time I need carpet cleaned!!!
My master bedroom carpet was so bad I wanted to just pay to get new carpet installed but after I paid for the cleaning I was so satisfied it looked like new! Will definitely be using this service all the time and more frequently for upkeep! Very affordable too!

I called Amazing Carpet & Upholstery to see what they could do with my 15 year old, 3 piece overstuffed living room suite. The material is very light colored and never been cleaned. I tried to clean a cushion myself once, but that was a fruitless exercise. Phil (the owner) came out himself. (“I won’t trust anyone else to do my work”). I was truly amazed. I found out about amazing carpet from the back of my H-E-B receipt. I called and set up an appointment for the next day. Mr. Phillip was very prompt with his time and work. Will definitely be calling back for our upstairs carpet.
Phlip did a great job! I called, left a message and he called back promptly. He clarified our needs, pointing out that though we had cleaned up our dogs "accidents," the shampooing would bring the odor back. He recommended an enzyme solution to solve that problem.
