This agency was very unprofessional CNA never showed up and there was no communication from the CNA or the agency. The CNA was also very rude and didn’t change my sweet old grandmas diaper.

These people are extremely unprofessional and a set of scammers. Clients are unable to get their service are their supplies and workers can’t get paid and they work for they money ( bounced Check which the bank charges a fee for on more that 3 occasions) also you can’t receive your W2 at the end of the year . Something isn’t adding up here and this place needs to be investigated asap ! The owner Rhoda Pappoe, is very unprofessional, does not keep her word and very difficult to contact. I have had 4 home health aides from this company and have not been able to receive quality assistance. Possibly because the pay is so low the employees that are hired are not reliable or trustworthy. The final aide that we were assigned to worked for a week and was very good, but was informed by text that she would not be paid for the week and would receive a paper check which had to be held for a week before attempting to c... read more
